The Network Effect of Bad UX
Recently, I gave my first ever conference talk at Microsoft NZ’s Ignite 2015 conference. The talk discusses the way human psychology and networks cause our small decisions to propagate our through vastly wider numbers of people than we plan for. I talk about how we can understand this effect, and steps we can take as individuals and teams to counter it.
